• Standard orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom-made or special-order products may require 7–15 business days for processing.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Standard Shipping

• Air Freight (small fixtures, samples, replacement parts): 12–15 business days
• Sea Freight (large chandeliers and oversized fixtures): 14–21 business days

Express Shipping (Optional)

• DHL / FedEx / UPS Express: 7–10 business days (additional shipping charges apply)

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges requested after this period.

To request a return, please contact us at info@manorlights.com (replace with your actual customer service email if different). Our team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please note:

• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part.
• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders That Have Not Yet Shipped

• Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
• Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment may be subject to a small processing and handling fee.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

If an order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, the cancellation will be treated as a standard return after delivery. A handling fee and applicable return shipping costs may apply.
