Shipping policy

At Manorlights, we are committed to providing a reliable, transparent, and seamless shipping experience for all customers. Please review the following details regarding order processing times, delivery timelines, shipping methods, and related policies.


1. Business Days

All timeframes mentioned refer to business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders are typically processed within 7–12 business days.

  • Special, made-to-order, or custom lighting fixtures may require additional production time (up to 12 weeks depending on the product).

  • Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information.


3. Shipping Timeframes

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Oversize items (longest side > 36") ship by Ocean Freight by default. Air upgrade is available on request.


4. Shipping Methods & Charges

Air Freight – Free

  • Delivered by FedEx or UPS after customs clearance

  • Tracking becomes active once carrier receives the shipment

  • Shipping & import duties covered by Manorlights

Express Shipping – Paid

  • Fastest delivery method

  • Customers pay express shipping fees + any VAT/duties imposed by their country

Ocean Freight + Final Mile Delivery – Free

  • Best for large, heavy, or fragile items

  • Tracking may pause during sea transit and resume post-customs

  • Shipping & import duties covered by Manorlights


5. Regional Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Standard delivery time: 20–30 days

  • For large items: 30–45 days (via ocean freight)

🌍 Middle East

  • UAE / Bahrain / Kuwait: 10–35 days via China–Middle East express line


6. Taxes & Import Duties

  • Air Freight & Ocean Freight: All shipping fees and import duties are covered by Manorlights.

  • Express Shipping: Duties, VAT, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.


7. Assembly Notice

All lighting fixtures are shipped unassembled to ensure safe transport.
Assembly and installation services are not included in product pricing.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours: Free cancellation

  • Cancellations after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee

  • Custom or made-to-order items: Non-cancellable once production begins

  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled

    • You may return the product after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Changing an Order

If your order has not shipped, contact us immediately at support@manorlights.com.
We will do our best to accommodate changes.


10. Order Tracking

You will receive:

  1. Order Confirmation Email (after purchase)

  2. Shipping Notification Email (with tracking link) when your order ships

Tracking may take time to update depending on the shipping method.


11. Returns

For post-delivery returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
We are happy to assist with eligible returns, replacements, and quality-related issues.
