Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Manorlights. We are committed to providing high-quality lighting products and exceptional customer service. Please review the policy below to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.


1. Order Cancellation

Orders Not Yet Shipped

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.

  • After 24 hours but before shipment: A 5% handling fee will be deducted.

Orders Already Shipped but Not Delivered

  • The order will be treated as a return.

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs are non-refundable.


2. Return Policy

Return Window:
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be sent to our designated centers in the United States or China.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made products

  • Light bulbs

  • Customized parts (slope-ceiling adapters, extended rods/chains, non-standard sizes/finishes)

Return Conditions

Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we offer:

  • 100% refund or replacement, and

  • Free return shipping (if a pickup is required)

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Returns Due to Personal Preference
For reasons such as choosing the wrong size/color or simply changing your mind:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Refund will be issued after inspection (shipping cost will be deducted)

Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
Must be reported within 7 days. We will replace the necessary parts or provide a full replacement and cover return shipping if pickup is required.


3. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need another item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Custom-made items cannot be exchanged.


5. Custom Orders

Custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has begun.


6. How to Initiate a Return

Please email support@manorlights.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Item name(s) and quantity

  • Reason for return

  • Preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit)

Important:
Do not ship items to unauthorized addresses.
Refunds or replacements cannot be processed for items sent to incorrect locations.

Return Shipping Instructions

  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging

  • Include all components and accessories

  • Take photos of the product and packaging (inside and outside) before shipping

  • Use a trackable shipping service; purchasing insurance is recommended

For quality-related returns, return shipping costs will be reimbursed after emailing the shipping receipt and tracking number to support@manorlights.com.
